- **Expression of Interest (EOI) Terms and Conditions**
1. **Program Participation**: Submission of this Expression of Interest (EOI) form allows your child to participate in our program. However, participation in this program does **not guarantee** a spot on any of our teams.
2. **Program Details**: The program offers training sessions aimed at skill development and enjoyment of the sport. While we strive to provide a comprehensive experience, team placement is subject to availability and other selection criteria.
3. **Code of Conduct**: All participants are expected to adhere to the program's code of conduct, which promotes respect, teamwork, and fair play.
