In order for a registration to be valid, the following must be completed:
- Club Registration
. By completing this registration, you and your child agree to abide by the club Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct includes players, parents/guardians, coaches, committees, volunteers, and spectator's conduct. Our Code of Conduct can be found on the policies page of our website.
. Should you wish to cancel your registration please notify: euscjuniorcommittee@gmail.com
. A parent or guardian MUST be sighted by the coaches at the end of the session for pick up.
