Refund Policy

·       All refunds will be less any FFV & FFA fees.

·       All refunds will be less any outstanding fines.

·       All refunds will be less any outstanding merchandise orders.

·       No refunds will be provided for suspension periods

·       All refunds are subject to a $20 administration fee

·       All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the club

Cancellations Prior to Competition

If a player cancels their registration prior to the first fixture of the season, a 50% refund is applicable less any of the

aforementioned fees. Please see above list.

Refund of Uniform

All uniform orders are non-refundable once orders have been placed.

Cancellations during the season

No refund will be provided for players who cancel their registration after the commencement of the first game of the fixture for the

current season. The player will remain liable for any outstanding fines or balance of fees accrued during the season.

Cancellations due to No Team

If a player registers and the club are unable to offer that player a position in a team for the season, a full refund will be provided to

the player of any fees paid for that season.

Breach of club Terms and Conditions

If a registration is cancelled for a breach of club terms and conditions, no refund will be given.
